Chicken sandwich was hard and chewy,probably been sitting awhile,long wait time for being the only one at the restaurant. Maybe that's why they had no business on a Friday night.
Yesterday I ordered from the app at 6:35pm. The app said the food would be ready for pick up at 7:10. I got to the restaurant at 7:15pm, when I walked inside there was nothing but homeless in the lobby. I walk up the counter and there was no one to greet me. After 30 min someone finally came to the front and said sorry I don’t work the front counter. After waiting an hour and a half I finally got my food. When I got home they forgot my biscuits, food was greasy. Service was trash. If I could give no stars I would.
How are these people going to forget sides and biscuits?! And we call back and they don't answer. $60 down the drain!
This place is about a 30 -45 minute wait. Terrible service and very rude when asked. Drive through was terrible, cars placed all over the area and no way to move out because the order behind me received his order and no where to go because 4 cars in front and 3 cars to the side. KFC is going down and the staff really doesn't care
