It was really busy this evening on MLK Day. Kimberly was amazing. They had run out of white meat and she dealt with the situation like a champ! She should get a raise. IMHO, she is a great asset!!!
My husband and I arrived at Saratoga location. Waited in drive through for 30 minutes before getting to the speaker to order. Once I started to place my order, witch was a special they were offering 7pc dark meat w/ 2 Lrg Mashed potatoes and gravy & 4 biscuits. I also added 5pc chicken tender. I was told it would be another 30 minute wait. I asked for what, she said the chicken will take 30 minutes. Manager and staff were all very nice and professional. The food was terrific and fresh! The staff at Saratoga Corpus Christi location are the best! Thank you for excellent customer service.
