My pick up order was in the back instead of on mobile order shelf, then took over 10 minutes to be helped. Then my order was still missing stuff. Will not be returning ever, You can add KFC to the list of crapy restaurants in this town.
The person working the drive through at 12:30 on 3/25 was awesome!! She gave us wipes for the kids and a very fair warning the fries are fresh and hot! I'd go back just for her service.
I ask for the manager, she talked with me but refused to give me her name. To me that says she is untruthfull. Dishonest, and gross. After she denied telling me her name she asked mine. I'm excuse me!! Im your costumer!! Now im mad!! She lied to me about several things and messed up my order. On top of owning up to what she did. So that no name manager, just screwed her company. Listen to the call!!! I was polite and she attacked with a vengeance because she knew she was wrong!! When I worked there this wouldn't not be ok!!
