The kfc person didn’t want to take my order but she filled 6 orders from the self order screen and didn’t acknowledge me at all when she was done filling orders she went straight to the back and another lady came up front and just stared at me didn’t say hello or nothing customer service used to be nice but not this I really felt discriminated against my race but this service plaza doesn’t have to worry about me because I won’t be back

Es el peor pollo que hemos comido, sabe a pollo reutilizado de hace días las papas son sobre fritas horrible aparte la atención al cliente no fue la mejor espero no le pase a nadie más la verdad siempre he comido en Kfc y el pollo es delicioso pero quedé sorprendida el sabor es de pollo viejo nada que ver ojalá mi comentario si lo vea el administrador de ese punto por qué en serio todo mal ahí no sé cómo venden gracias

I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered a kids meal for my 5-year-old, and the food was clearly prepared using old, overused oil. It even had pieces of fried flour mixed in, and the texture was so hard that my child couldn’t eat it. I politely brought this to the staff’s attention, expecting at least a basic apology.
