My order (16 piece family meal) took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to make. The manager was so rude and just ignored me while she serviced so many other customers right in front of me. I complained with corporate and they really did nothing. The made a claim number, whatever that means.
I mean, its KFC. Whats not to like about it? I appreciate any fast food worker who shows up to work. Thank you.

I came here a few times before and the service was great, but tonight I asked for a famous bowl and they were out, I then kept asking for different meals and they were mysteriously out of them, I then settled on chicken tenders cause she said that she had them, then I waited 12 minutes in the drive through only to find out they didn't have any chicken tenders left?
