The manager was very accommodating when it took longer to make our meal. She was very nice and kept us up to date the employees were sweet helpful and attentive. The store was clean and it smelled good not just food but a smelled clean
Order was not correct. Order was rushed because they were trying to close early and still supposed to be open, so some items they didn't even have.
On 12 August 2025 I go to this KFC on Chatham Pkwy near 17/oheechee rd to order a Famous Bowl(a bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, cheese, and chicken) combo with NO cheese. EXTRA gravy. It sucks that I got home to find that I don't even have standard gravy, let alone EXTRA gravy. When I go back to KFC to the indoor counter and showed the EXTRA DRY bowl, the young lady gave me a small clear bowl of gravy. Unfortunately this bowl of gravy wasn't even half way full. I went to pick up an online order. The bag was missing several items and a drink. Since I was close by I immediately took it back and showed my receipt. They re-did the order and my family was fed. Enough said.
