We ordered a 16 piece family all dark ..I even asked twice to make sure. The young man stated absolutely. Just to get home to find 4 breasts in the bottom hidden under everything else. $51 I should receive what we paid for.
what i wanted to order was online only so i told them i would come back around, two guys talking through the speaker said to leave them a tip when i came back around. rude and unprofessional. i have never left a tip at a drive thru.
Paid for my order and stood there 10 minutes for the ASM to come tell me it was going to be a 15 minute wait because what I ordered wasn’t ready. I had to wait 15 minutes for you to tell me that it was going to be another 15 minutes and then to top it off the ASM Marsha didn’t even know the number to customer service. Go say 1800 complain. NEVER AGAIN!
