I ordered three piece dark, chicken only. Got home and I had one thigh and a biscuit. Lovely my wife’s order was correct.
This review of for Tay, we had a discrepancy with our order. Didn’t realize this until we got back home. We called the restaurant and explained to her what happened. She was very polite and professional and said if we came back she would make it right. And she definitely went above and beyond. She apologized multiple times. The food was on point as well. Big shout out to Tay again.
I ORDERED the 50 popcorn chicken for $10..I got like 15 nuggets in my Itty bitty box.. fake advertising at its best...KFC got me this time and I will not be back..
I stopped by while traveling south on 5 June 2026 at 12:30. I don’t know if the lady at the counter was an employee or the manager… whoever she was she was an angel in disguise. I have never in my entire life encountered such a kind soul! I watched her greet every customer that walked in and out of that door with such loving grace. Even when I sat down to eat she broke away from the front counter to clean tables and ask everyone in there how their food tasted. Sat in line for 30+ min waiting. No chichen tenders, Get to the window then ask me if all thighs were okay. So didn't have the proper chicken prepared for order. Sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea. Service was slow and sucked. Need better management for the price people pay for your freaking food.
