Tuesday lunch break from work at around 1130 only 2 people working and I understand how hard is to work with no help but OMG the lady was so rude the guy was polite and try hes best she was nasty attitude and she was not helping at all never again I will step foot in there .
I decided to return here upon refusing for 5 years straight due to LACK of FOCUS and UNPROFESSIONALISM. Once my favorite "go to" place, mainly on Wednesdays for the chicken special. Even placing many orders for coworkers @ work regularly. The young girl with dyed red hair who waited on me was polite. The people who work here are so rude. It's fast food so I don't expect a lot. What i do expect is that when I order something it should be in the bag. When I realized that I was missing items I went inside to get said missing items. The doors were locked and they were inside yelling to go through the drive thru. I said I did stating I just wanted the missing items. They refused to serve me what I already paid for. This is the second time this has happened.
The kfc on east ridge rd is disgustingly dirty and I would never order from this location. I’m not even sure if the “ chicken” they serve is really chicken 🥺
