Tay and the crew this evening (7/31) These guys were busy and they showed exemplary customer service. My family was present when we picked up the order and they reacted to them in a natural, hospitable way. My kids were excited when we left and it's the first time we've left a food establishment in a while feeling appreciated as customers and as people. I recommend this KFC. It took 25 minutes to receive my food and I had to ask for several things (fork, sauces, lids for sides). This has been my experience the last few times I've been to this location and I will not be back. Terrible service on top of the wait time.
It's the chicken equivalent to McDonald's. It's nothing fancy, nothing spectacular, and it's a hit or miss on freshness. The flavors are consistent (and good) and is generally a safe bet. Chicken pot pie last night was half empty in the shell and dry for example. Hit or miss but fills a belly - hardly an experience... Update: 7/19/26 - we pulled up to the drive through and the lady says they don't take any more orders because there's no cook and there's 10 orders ahead of me she can barely get to. When I walk in hear employee complain about the closer. Had to wait on chicken. Order a bucket plus 2 extra breast they forgot the breast. This is second time this is happen won't go back to this one again.
