Riko and Nicole were awesome! They were fast, professional, and showed excellent customer service!
The customer service used to be really good. Now not so much. I was the first one in a restaurant around 2:30 p.m. I ordered from the kiosk because on the cash register it says cash only.i prefer To have someone take my order instead of a computer. Secondly a whole bunch of people ended up coming in within a few minutes and the workers acted like they didn't want to take anybody's order. And a manager walked out to smoke a cigarette and talk on the phone with a lobby full of waiting guests. Took way too long to get my order ... read more
