These people need to all be fired. I came here on my lunch break and they have made me late 2 times because they are slow and don't care. They can't even do basic tasks
DO NOT use this KFC at 11970 Lebanon Rd in Sharonville. I ordered from there using UberEats at 12:55pm. The driver arrived right away and was waiting on the order. Uber estimated my food would arrive at 1:16pm. The driver continued to wait as the estimated time increased to 1:22pm, the 1:37pm and continued until I received my lunch at 1:50pm. Great place for quick dinner
Me and my bestfriend came through here for lunch to pick up our order, after we had left the drive thru we noticed we were missing items. We came back through to let them know and they were absolutely just rude, getting an attitude, then once they gave me the thing that was missing they filled my gravy up half way, i didn’t know i ordered food with a side of sass!
Had to wait an hour for chicken tenders. Ordered on the app. So disappointed
