Worse chicken ever! They have one job to do and don’t seem to get it. Close and go home.
I don’t get it. KFC USED to deliver flavor consistently. Now it’s dry chicken and mashed potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever. This isn’t a “bad day”—this feels like a systemic drop in quality. If this is the new normal, just say that so customers know what they’re paying for.
I ordered 3 vegetable pot pies and got mashed potatoes and carrots pies. I called the store several times and the phone was constantly busy. Due to my living in white plains, I was to far to turn around.
Bad service. Whats the point of ordering online if they are just going to make you wait for the food in the curve side for a long time. Make it make sense.
