Chile, I’m not sure if they just promoted Dinora or whatever her name is but BABY!!! She needs to be retrained and or demoted. It’s absolutely NO WAY you ask the customer their name. Repeat the name and 10 minutes go by I now am asking when are you going to start making my order. Just for the manager DINORA to say they don’t have any honey bbq…WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO SAY THAT??
