The past 5 times I have went to the KFC in Clinton Iowa. I order extra crispy. They make up the rest of my order and have it sitting on the counter for about 10 min. Then they come up and tell me they have no extra crispy chicken and the wait will be 20 minutes. I don't know why they don't tell you that when you order. I will never go back. I will give my money to other businesses.
Worst KFC ever. These workers all act like we're the second customer they've had in here. Or they're all stoned. Oh and this time they where out of chicken! WTF?!
