I went into the KFC in Cleveland MS and placed my order for the $5 deal meal. I asked the cashier for 2 sweet teas and he rudely replied "We don't do that here." I was truly confused. So I said "Oh you sell it by the gallon?" He replied "No we don't do that." I said "Ok take off the teas then". He then replied "I never put them on there." 🫤When did they stop serving sweet tea at KFC? Can someone please help me with this🤯
I wouldn't ever go to the KFC in cleveland. They are very rude. The customer service is ridiculous. The manager did come and gave great customer service but the staff is horrible. Never again i will go..
I want recommend to eat at the KFC in Cleveland Want to. Some of the workers are very rude. We just went there today and these folks said it will be 20 to 30 minutes before chicken is ready because they where changing shifts and stated that one man had been waiting for 30 minutes, it’s so not professional
Your employees do not listen when people order I ask for a one piece breast meal and got dark meat I am beyond disappointed
Waited 10 min before we got helped, Order is wrong, fries is old and bad attitude at the drive thru , never going to come again
