My husband got takeout for three of us. Two had a boxed meal with hard, dry biscuits, and hard dry chicken. I’m very disappointed, as I’ve always liked KFC. I’m over 60 years old and never ever had a bad biscuit from there. I’m guessing the food was sitting out fo hours. They never should have served it.
Tried going last night and hour and a half before closing. Online said they were open, and the hours on the door said they were open. Everything was off outside and all doors were locked.
Haven't been here in a couple of years.
Had a lovely conversation with the drive through person, asked about sauces and what flavor they have, what they are out of and had all the info to make a well informed decision, then get home and no sauce at all was in the bag, and the extra side of mashed potatoes I ordered without gravy for my child came with gravy and he couldn’t eat it, great service but poor execution, would love to see some better quality control from such nice people
On 1/5/2026. I visited the KFC on rose st, it was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. It was approximately 4:20 pm. I ordered 4 prices chicken for my wife. And 10 piece chicken nuggets come back sauce and fries to go, I got home my wife's food was fine, but I had no fries or dipping sauce. Went back to store informed them about the mistake since the nuggets would have been cold by the time I would have gotten back home i asked if they could redo the nuggets they said absolutely not they they would not.
