After waiting in the parking lot for over 40 minutes, I left with no food. I was treated extremely poorly when I did go in and ask about my order. Zero customer service skills and I can’t rate the food because I never got it.
Horrible experience. There was an argument in the drive thru between customers. The staff was so unorganized they didn't know which order went to which car. I placed my order in the mobile app for a pick up at a certain time, my food still wasn't ready for 20 minutes past my pick up time. Once I got my food and got home (I live less than 10 minutes away) food was room temperature. Spent way to much money here for this to be now the third time I've had a bad experience.
