Chicken skin is completely soggy, the entire thing was falling apart before even pulling it out the bucket. Skin doesn’t look fully cooked but soggy from grease. Aside from the nasty chicken. Other items were missing. Not bothering calling the store or going in the manager on shift is entirely rude. Never had issues with this location until tonight. Very disappointed.
Liz at the front is amazing she went out of our way to make it an excellent experience we came from out of town and she showed great Wisconsin hospitality thanks
It's always a deliciously cooked chicken. Clean and good friendly staff.

We were not really appreciated. The food was incorrect and not good. Ordered 2 famous bowls, received 1. Was not edible. Potatoes were almost grayish in color with white chunks. Chicken was too peppery. Also ordered a 2 piece white meat chicken meal. Received a wing and a breast.
