My husband and I stopped in to this location today because we like Long John Silver and was very surprised to have to wait about 25 minutes. My husband step up to the counter after about 20 minutes because we were hungry. Caitlin expressed rudely to him she was getting it now. I went to this store the day before I wrote this review, they messed up my order so all I wanted was to be compensated for their error. what an inconsiderate gen manager, could not believe the way I was treated. I will never go to this restaurant again, the gen manager should take a few hints from his employees, at least they were considerate of my situation.
i went there and waited at the window for five minutes before i was ever greeted. that shouldnt happen.by the time i got my food it was barley warm. i waited in line for a total of 20 minutes.as a manager at a fast food place myself,something like that should never happen.if i does then a manager should apologive personely themselves.
