It all started when I ordered the honey bbq chicken a couple of weeks ago and it was fine. The chicken was well tossed in the sauce, no issues. UNTIL IT ALL CHANGED. Today I ordered the same honey bbq chicken again but this time, there was hardly any sauce on it. I brought the food back immediately hoping for a solution. I would give LESS stars if zero was an option. I tried to order using their own advertisement 2 chicken sandwiches for $6. The person demanded I use the app, but the ad says nothing about app being required. I went inside to show the advertisement and barcode and was told, we can't scan barcode here. You must use the app. Even though the advertisement says NOTHING about using an app to use the offer. She was RUDE, so I left without buying anything. Never plan to return here, even though it is the ONLY KFC nearby.
Shit food undercooked chicken and soggy fries waste of my money
Depending on time of day, you may get 4 pieces of chicken or 6. Tried to call and clarify, but they don't answer their phone.
Crew was attentive, the store was clean and the food was fresh! A++ all around!!
