I was really enjoying the chicken fingers from KFC for a while - they had a thick super crunchy coating. There's been a recent change, and I don't think it's corporate's fault. I just read an article that ranked the chicken tenders of 15 chains - KFC ranked at #5 and showed a picture of what I'll call the "old" style of chicken fingers.
