Crystal was amazing! She greeted us with a warm smile and handled our order with care and professionalism. Everything was fresh, fast, and exactly as we asked. It’s rare to see someone so kind and attentive in fast food these days—she really stood out. Thank you, Crystal, for making our visit a great one!
I met the manager, and she was professional. Despite under pressure, she kept her Kool, smile, and was very respectful to everyone. The store was very clean.
This is the worst run store. I have tried this location 6 times, always around 5 pm. I always order the 2 piece combo, original, white meat. 4 of the 6 times I am told they are out of white meat. How can you be out of white meat at dinner time. I am also told it is a 20 minute wait and they try to sell me something else. I am done. You have lost a customer.
The chicken is to salty it's good but just literally up on the salt and when someone says mix they don't mean legs and thighs
