Came in and ordered. 5 minutes after I was told they were out of white meat and it would be a 21 minute wait unless I wanted dark meat, I said that was fine. Waited a total of 32 minutes before asking for a refund, which they apparently aren't authorized to give, and just left after they said it would still be a few more minutes.
This store always messes something up. I ordered the double dunk it box for the mashed potato bites. Instead got double fries , my sauces are wrong and my biscuits are missing. What’s the point in getting gravy with just fries, makes no sense. This is very disappointing and ill not be ordering here again. Save your self the time and money and go to Canes where they actually have competent staff.
