The customer service here is awful. People here raise their voice, are nasty, stare at you really hard while you're checking your food The wifi in the drive thru is weak and needs to be better because connectivity is a must The app has horrible deals and needs to be better because a good app is necessary When you order ahead, they make it immediately so what's the purpose of ordering on the app And when you order ahead they sit your food out instead of keeping it warmed up The pace of the drive thru is so slow that it is ups... read more
Restaurant closes at 11..got there at 10:15 and was told no original, and that it was to late to cook any. The printer didn't work for a receipt so she hand wrote one as I paid in cash. I will NOT be returning to this location. I don't know if it's because it's in a black neighborhood that the manager on duty is rude but when I go to the location closer to my home I've never been treated so bad.
