Food was good service not so good the restaurant was very clean
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Fishers KFC on Mundy Drive was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. I placed a simple order through the KFC app: 2 breasts, 1 leg, 1 wing, plus sides. When I picked up my order, nobody mentioned any issues or substitutions. After getting home, I discovered they had given me FOUR legs instead of the chicken I actually ordered, and they completely forgot one of my sides of mac and cheese. The people here pay more attention to drive thru orders than the dinning room orders.!! They need to smile more.!!
Ordered an 8 piece box of crispy chicken. Got home no white meat. No breasts or wings. You know, whoever packed the box knew they were doing that. Never be back again.
