The employees are great, however the manager i talked to today, he was as helpful as a dead battery. His store screwed up and ran out of chicken, I showed up to pick up my online order, and they said "cancel the order, were out of chicken" the order was already completed! So I couldn't cancel it. Had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to get my 22 dollars back. People like that shouldn't be in management. It's ok, there's other KFCs near me.
Don’t go there often, but when I do, the service is bad and the chicken is average. They constantly mess up my order.
