Bought a $20 fill up which is 12 Chicken strips , dipping sauces, two large mashed potatoes and gravy, large coleslaw and 4 biscuits. I was asked what kind of dips I wanted, super easy, all ranch. Received no dipping sauce, missing a large gravy, no butter with biscuits. It was a very dry and disappointing meal.
this kfc is always out of things, whether its the type ( extra crispy ect. ) or pot pies that they never seem to have always a 25 min. wait. Terrible management.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You go what you want and you get a totally completely different order. I shouldn't have to check every single time to see if I got the correct thing I ordered. For someone who wants to make $15 an hour should learn how to listen!! I will never to this location, waste of my lunch break.
