The kc there wanted to give it a try again to see if it had gotten better, nope still the same .The chicken is so greasy the skin slides off of it and you can see the grease run off of it I am not going back fooled me once fooled me twice not falling again for it.
I just got the 8 piece tender special on Tuesday they were so over cooked and tough I had to use a fork and knife to cut them up so I could chew them pitiful this was the kfc on west side hamilton ohio
12/21/2025...not a good experience . We ordered inside,to go,at 1:27 (per our receipt). Our order was 1-Chicken Little, a small mashed potatoes and gravy,and a small cold slaw. The two women...one being a Manager in the Drive Thru and the other getting orders together were rude to not only the customers but the young man that was taking orders at the register. This is horrible KFC, went there on my way home Nov. 26,2025 and ordered 2-3 piece meals original recipe. Out of 6 pieces we received 1 original and the rest was crispy.Called there, talked to a guy who said he was the manager. He told me they must of been out of original and he gave us crispy to fill the order without telling us. Well after I tried to get a credit he hung up on me. No kidding hung up on me!!
