Went thru drive thru. Was told they were out of white meat original. Will be 12 minutes. We waited 25 minutes. Went inside then was told it would be another 8 minutes. Something about they goofed on the first batch.
So went through drive thru and got mashed potatoes and gravy with 2 biscuits and they forgot the gravy. I am just in shock how do you forget 1 the 3 items purchased lol was offered to be replaced but it was not worth the drive back out for. Always check to make sure you got your gravy lol
Michael the shift leader gave excellent customer service. He explained all the menu items and gave a detailed presentation of the many sauce options. Will be dining at This location again
The place was a little busy but my order was right and hot good place to eat
Went thru drive thru payed for extra mashed potatoes and large wedges got home wedges had about 5 total in each small carton no mashed potatoes, the biscuits were so hard I went to split it in half and it just crumbled in hard pieces, I called and was told bring receipts back and they would replace missing items (mashed potatoes) and nothing else.
