Just ordered 2 buckets and chicken strips were old wedges were hard as rocks and my gf bit a chicken breast and said it was sickening. This place use to be so good back when it was tacobell kfc. Now its trash
The chicken is old and I thought granite city was bad
Went to the drive thru at 4:50 on a Tuesday for the $10 bucket, not one customer in the drive thru and very few in the store. Yet, the employee tells me it’s going to be 15 minutes for a bucket of original legs and thighs at dinner time and them not busy at all. Even longer for crispy. Zero chance I’m waiting around 20 minutes for a $10 bucket of chicken. What an absolute joke.
