The store is the worst KFC store in the country, is Conyers Ga Salem rd. This is the 3rd time i ordered from the Kiosk and while waiting on the order to be prepared for 20 mins, then they informed me that they don't have any chicken, and it would be a 45 min wait time now, this after i have paid for my order. How can a chicken place be opened and all they sell is chicken, and they don't have any chicken make it make since i can see this happening maybe once or twice, but every time OMG. I visited your Tappahannock KFC today, there was not any customers in there probably due to the ceiling leaking which probably can't be helped. we ordered 2 five dollar fillups , I asked for mac and cheese with mine, the girl must have been new and forgot to charge me extra. There was only a few cars in the drive thru and the other woman working in there spoke up and said I don't have time for this. I just said give me the mashed potato.With service like that I can't see this location staying in business very long.
Manager and staff, are uneducated, and unprofessional. They made 3 mistakes on my order. I showed their mistakes on my receipt, Staff and manager got so angry because they were called out and caught. They are the worst staff. You deserve a -0 in customer service.
They have horrible food bad service horrible management and they are dirty as heck the store is never clean the employees smell bad and food is either over cooked or under cooked the district manager Mike as a bad addititude and shoukd be fire and so do all the managers and crew
Signed up for the Rewards program today. Didn't download the app. I received a $5.00 off discount. I proceeded to order and charge it to my Apple Pay. When I got to the store the young man said that the order must not have gone through. Fair enough. He told me to delete the order on my phone and start over since he was not connected to "The App" and couldn't give the discount. I did that but it caused me to lose the discount ! Stopped in on my lunch break they were super busy bc of the specials on Tuesday, but that didn’t matter I was in and out. The food was amazing and my fries where FRESH!!! Everything I ordered was in the bag!!! My meal was perfect and to top it off the young lady at the window was so sweet!! It’s a joy to have a friendly face!!! Thank you!!!

Haven’t been to a KFC in a really long time. We decided to stop in. The manager Sunny’s was extremely sweet, very up beat and polite. We ordered several different things tenders, chicken and a sandwich everything was fresh and HOT!! We had the best experience at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. Thank you for caring!!
