Got here albeit close to midnight to pick up 2 orders, they started closing the drive through lights as soon as I pulled in. She said sorry no we're closed, which is fine. Sucks for me but I understand. If this is the case then I would recommend changing the hours listed. Cause when you check online it says they're supposed to be open until 1am. It also says it was updated 3 weeks ago so I would think it would be accurate...

Place doesn’t even deserve 1 star stage staff is extremely rude and legit closed the doors too the dining room at 8:20 on 3/19 and when I tugged on the door the manager person in there stared at me while holding an iPad and just looked down. Then I go through the drive through and it’s the rudest customer service.
I’ve always been satisfied with this KFC in Shirley but the last two times I’ve been very disappointed. Last time I asked for extra gravy and paid extra but when I got home there was non! This time my order was all wrong. After asking for specific parts of the chicken making myself very clear I was given two right and two wrong! I asked for extra crispy and got regular. Also the biscuits are a lot smaller now than they used to be and weren’t fresh. Needless to say I will not be going back to the Shirley location again. Waste... read more
