bad constumer atention
On google maps it says they close at 01:00 AM on Sunday. I try to order food at 12:40 at the drive through along with other cars and the guy on the speaker says they're closed. I say "ok cool. What time do you guys close then?" He stays quiet for a couple seconds and then says"ugghh yea sorry we are closed?" People keep pulling up through the driveway thinking kfc is open because google maps says it is.
Every time I come to this location they forget something.. last visit I got no dessert with my value box! Bit pricey none the less, not happy
Ordered through the app. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes and it took more than 20. Plus it was not ready when I got there and there were four people behind the counter with only one on the register and nobody helping anybody else. very poor customer service. Especially with the manager standing right there at the register and not helping other customers. The deal-$8 for 2 bowls- and the food were good. But customer service is important.
