This was a terrible experience. I went to this store on Tuesday, January 20th, because they have a promotion every Tuesday offering 8 pieces of fried chicken for $10. I had previously gone to another KFC in norco city and had a great experience; eight pieces of fried chicken for ten dollars was a great deal. However, when I went to this store, they said it was $12 for 8 chicken pieces. That was fine, but the problem was that they only gave me 7 pieces. Rude waitress, there is no sauce in the bag and the taste is the worst in all KFC. Never go here.
Terrible experience. Ordered on the KFC app, it showed “ready for pick up,” but the store said it was canceled — with no email or app notification. No food, no refund, just wasted $10.76, gas, and 20 minutes on a useless customer service call. Horrible service. Never coming back.
