Placed order through Uber eats. I received my order and it was missing the biscuits and 1 piece of chicken, I tried calling and the number is not in service. Very frustrating specially when you have kids wanting the biscuits. We spent over $50 on our order. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering.
The staff was helpful for me. Pleasant and dedicated making sure I got everything I asked for. Great team.
The customer service today 3/22 was horrible in the drive thru window . The lady was beyond rude and the coleslaw tasted like a cleaning chemical . KFC doesn’t usually have bad food or service so for the price these days , it was especially disappointing to toss the Cole slaw I paid extra for .
Friendly reminder to always check your order before you leave. Half the time, the chicken is old and refried. Sometimes they don't fulfill the order. Don't let them scam you on what you paid for!
