Every order from here is either missing items or takes a very long time to get. Today, I ordered a chicken sandwich box at 4:08pm. App said expected time to be ready was 4:12pm. It was 4:26pm and still not ready. They said they were waiting to assemble the sandwich so it wasn't soggy, but the app still said it wasn't ready. For the last several months, the service and quality has gotten extremely bad. There is something going on with this location and the others around us. Their lobby is closed due to staffing issues and the drive thru speaker doesn’t work. You will wait 30 minutes to an hour for some “fast food” chicken.
For the last several months, the service and quality has gotten extremely bad. It appears workers must be paid very bad wages and/or treated terribly as there is something going on with this location and the others around us. KFC needs to investigate this franchisee because something has been off for a long time now. Very sad to see such a great chain fail. Their drive thru speaker doesn’t even work and they make people wait 30 minutes to an hour for some “fast food” chicken. Why operate a place you don’t care about?
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I am currently on the line with corporate to report their manager. 45 min wait for a simple bucket order then the chicken came out barely breaded and looking disgusting. I asked for a refund and she refused. Wouldn’t apologize. When I complained she stated there’s only 2 of them working there as if that’s my problem.
