Ordered 8 piece dinner with extra potatoes and gravy original chicken. They forgotten my potatoes and gravy,had to go back inside to get them. Didn't know I needed to check the chicken,well get home and it was not original chicken,it was crispy chicken and the chicken had been setting under the heat lamp a long time because it was completely dried up and dark looking like burnt and the biscuits was not done all the way through. I ordered the #1 original with breast and thigh. I received two extra crispy thighs which had so much coating on it that it was not enjoyable. If I wasn't so far from the restaurant, I would have returned it for a full refund. Also, I called the store and no one ever answered the phone.
