The chicken was incredibly salty even when I took the skin off the meat was still incredibly salty. When I called I was told that the original recipe chicken was always very salty and I could get the extra crispy which was slightly less salty. After researching this issue, it appears that the saltiness is caused by improper prep of the chicken. Possibly better training would help.

I had a great experience at KFC today! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and everything came out quickly. A special shoutout to Jessica, who gave amazing service — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile! Thanks to Jessica and the team for making our visit such a good one. I’ll definitely be coming back!
It was nice and quiet, the food was delicious and the manager "Jennifer " was very kind
