The staff is nice, but came at 6pm and they ran out of chicken.
Great experience here! We had a minor issue and the manager, Rico, went above and beyond to make it right!
My mom and I are here a couple weeks ago and Rico waited on us, he was AMAZING! SOO positive and responsible. More importantly he treated my mom with the utmost respect. Which is hard to find in this day and age.
Food was good, nice and friendly service even though they were working Halloween
I had a glitch with the KFC app, but instead of telling me too bad, Rico did everything in his power to make things right. I thank Rico for all his help and he made sure to definitely keep me as a customer. Great customer service!
