Terrible experience they were out of white meat and refused to sub tenders for a meal, will not return. Then had employees drive through the drive through speeding to get the drive through time down will not return due to safety concerns with employees speeding through the lot. Would definitely watch the cameras.
What happened to the GM? He turned this store around and now it’s not the same without him. Under the previous general manager this KFC was consistently clean, fast, and had friendly staff who clearly cared. Since he left, the atmosphere feels different — slower service, less attention to detail, and lower team morale. I appreciated the turnaround he led and hope management recognizes how much leadership matters here. If the store gets back to that level of care, I’ll gladly update this review. Not happy 😡 with this location. First of all I did not get my full order. I ordered 3 mashed potatoes and gravey, coleslaw and Mac and cheese. I got 1 mashed potato no gravy and Mac and cheese. I noticed after i got home. 😵 Tried to call but the phone was busy. 😵💫 All 13 times 🥴 i tried to call. That store was not busy at all. The first time i went and when i went back.
