I order a hour ago , waited a hour for them to cancel the order. . I ordered thru DoorDash , and cancelled my order 2 times a whole hour before closed is WILD. Guess who can’t get a refund for 5-7 business days ? Me. Then they have the dasher at 10:16 , waiting for some fries on half the order. Weird !
I should’ve came to the reviews before I came to his location. The manager is sitting in the lobby, eating with Somebody she knows I’m assuming I’m at the drive-through it’s 10 o’clock. I’m calling no answer. I finally get an answer and she says oh our cook just got here. We won’t be serving nothing till 11. Worst customer service ever they all got upset cause they ain’t working my app said my order was ready and on arrival it wasn’t and they still gave me that ignorant attitude cancel if you don’t like it who says that to a paying customer get a job you like not the customers fault
