Just picked up an order at your drive-thru window. Management should teach their employees about common courtesy when interacting with a paying customer. Personally, I feel it's rude not to say a simple THANK YOU to a paying customer. You are only in business because of the paying customers and I did read other reviews that noted employees being rude but this is my last time coming to this location or any KFC. I will go to Harold's one block away.
