Service was almost non-existent. When someone finally came to take my order I was told that I couldn't pay extra to get my meal with all white meat. (No changes allowed) Then I attempted to order the side of my choosing and was told that I had to get mashed potatoes. (No changes allowed) I have visited several Popeye's in the area and have never been told that I couldn't have all white meat or that I couldn't change my side. this place had no ice for my ice tea and the food was cold.
Guy at the drive through window was rude and doesn't know how to talk to ppl. Do better we are not eating for free. Smh

I went to the KFC at 6701 Martin Luther King Jr Hwy, in Maryland and it was Horrible, I placed online order, went through drive up pickup, young lady said pull over there your order not ready someone will bring it to you, I’m waiting, they walk a lady to her car, she had a cane, young lady ran out to give the lady her change and receipt, 15 minutes later I drive back through drive up and young lady looks surprised and reach over grabs my 6 pieces of chicken and hand it to me.
