The food was great it was hot, fresh and fast the way fast food I remembered back in the 90s they did a great job today well pleased
The staff was very professional and courteous. The children engaged enjoyed interacting with the manager who also helped us at the register to our food. Kudos to the manager of which I forget her name. If I was her employer I'd definitely keep her and recognize her talents.
Service was almost non-existent. When someone finally came to take my order I was told that I couldn't pay extra to get my meal with all white meat. (No changes allowed) Then I attempted to order the side of my choosing and was told that I had to get mashed potatoes. (No changes allowed) I have visited several Popeye's in the area and have never been told that I couldn't have all white meat or that I couldn't change my side. Please don’t let this restaurant place your order without making sure that the food is available because they will not do a refund even if it is their mistake
this place had no ice for my ice tea and the food was cold.
