Closed the store a whole hour early and didn’t even have food ready and the place was empty it took forever for the food and the employees had an attitude
Can something be done about the constant loitering of non customers at the location? The don’t even wanna go because there is always people standing by the entrance
I placed an online order for 4 people and ordered 1 large Pepsi, I go there to pick up and she hands me a drink that didn’t look right, I taste it and it’s iced tea. I pull around and tell her I ordered a Pepsi and she says we don’t have Pepsi only iced tea and water. I said that’s fine just refund the drink, she says they don’t do refunds! I live about a mile from this location so it's a convenient, quick meal for my family. Our last visit I got 2 sandwiches and fries- very simple order. The fries were cold and the bread for the sandwich was as hard as a rock. I'll never go back and I suggest you drive the extra 2 miles to popeyes and at least get hot chicken for the outrageous prices.
