WORST KFC RESTAURANT! They NEVER have food ready, I usually do Lodi or Elk Grove and since I was in such a rush friday evening I just went to the one in Galt. Food was not ready they asked me to wait ten minutes and I did when I got home chicken was not fried well. All my family got sick. I will NEVER go eat there again.
We usually like KFC. This one is horrible! Often we are told to wait because food is not ready. That's frustrating but manageable. However, we have been shorted a food item every time we've went through the drive thru. This is a total of six times. Each time we've called or stopped to resolve the issue they've been nice about it. But, it keeps happening! We ask them to double check the order now and explain this is a frequent problem.
