My wife went through the drive thru and ordered the chicken fried steak meal and a chicken sandwich. She arrived home and no chicken sandwich. They had put the biscuit in a separate bag so she didn't check the order. Won't be back.
Friendly at the drive-thru, but I'm pretty sure this lemonade is just water. Chicken strips are kinda rubbery. What happened to the wedges?
Can't complain to the company when they don't give you a receipt. Something I realized after I got home. Mashed potatoes bland, no flavor. Did they change the coleslaw recipe again? Another yuck. Worse of all the chicken. They need to change the fryer oil. And the chicken had an off taste and smell, once the skin was removed because of the rancid oil. Did not eat it. I'd like to take it back, but no receipt. What a waste of my money. 2 stars is too many. I won't be back.
Absolutely terrible. Food is cold, soggy, and barely edible. Twice they've messed up part of my order or the entire thing. If the food is out for a while PLEASE cycle it out. This is the worst KFC I've ever ordered from.
