The service is great, the people are great, and the food is great. The wait time isn't so great but that's not because of underperformance, this location is so short staffed the employees are literally running across the kitchen trying to make orders quicker. Everyone here deserves a raise. Make this job more appealing to applicants by raising the pay and offering more benefits. Happier employees result in happier customers. The owner should do better.
We decided to go to KFC and we went through the drive-through at 3:04 and then we parked in the parking area at 3:10. We didn’t get our food until 3:45. We had to call twice thinking that they forgot about us and then when they did bring out the food, they didn’t bring a fork for the mac & cheese. The worst part was that people who came into the drive-through after us were getting served before us.
Came in late to pick up door dash order it wasn't quite ready but in the works staff was awesome and very nice loaded the bad with all the sauces and napkins Im definitely eating there next time I'm over there
Ordered the kids drums and mashed! Super close to the interstate & shopping! Clean inside and quick drive thru! Take a break from driving & grab some tasty Chicken!
It was the cleanest KFC ive ever been to. The employees were nice and the service was fast. I would definitely be coming back.
