No chicken when we got there, had to wait. No French fries at all. People who came in after us got served first, why I don't know. Screwed up my husband's order. Crispy chicken was not.

Stood and waited 5 min while 4 employees looked at me and made no effort i was the only person in lobby. Only 1 car in drive through. Asked for all dark chicken. Then asked did you hear me when I said all dark ? He said yes . Got almost all white meat instead. Asked for mash potatoes, mack n cheese and coleslaw. Got 2 orders of mashed potatoes no gravy. coleslaw and 4 hard biscuits and no ice for drink. Worst $34.99 I ever spent.

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a fast food location. Waited in line 45 MINUTES ....no communication about what took so long and then the employees were moving soooooooooooo slow although there was a line around the building. ALSO, paid for two combo meals ( over 20 dollars) and the only thing they gave me was two SMALL BOXES with pieces of chicken and two biscuits for the entire order ..did not receive my combos or chicken little sandwiches or any of my sides..I will be contact headquarters because I am s... read more

This is a poor representation of a Taco Bell and KFC for all the tourists that come through Charleston. The atmosphere is very poor, the dining room was trashed. The staff is rather nonchalant but friendly. My Mexican pizza and burrito was actually good—neither here nor there. I was waiting for my order on a chair in the dining room and when I got up, my clothes stuck to it. So mixed emotions for sure but not the kind of impressive experience you would hope to see in downtown Charleston.
