13 minutes from losing and my food was fresh. The workers were extremely nice. I wish I would've caught the ladies' name because she was one of the best!
The manager on duty was professional and AWESOME! She corrected our order and the food was hot & good!
The last 2 times we picked up our order from them they’ve left 1 extra side out that we ordered & paid for. My husband didn’t check our order with the first one because we live about 23 mins from there & he was in a hurry. We don’t normally have an issue.The next time he didn’t think of it because we thought once is ok then they did the same with the 2nd order. We usually buy from there once a week. If we continue to eat from there we will check our bags for our entire order.
