I love our KFC in Wetumpka! I usually eat there at least twice a week & the food is always fresh, hot & delicious. All the staff are always nice to me & the lady who runs the drive-thru is so sweet! She is always friendly & so positive & upbeat! Besides the delicious food, I always enjoy seeing her.
We have.been there two times on weekends. On both visits people have come back in with their orders not being correct. The woman behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders & walked off. Never made the order correct or offered a refund. Both occasions I found it very rude. My chicken was soggy. I was only able to eat one piece. Threw away the 2nd. Customer service needs improving.
Customer Service is terrible and the cashier had a nasty attitude, chicken is burnt, old grease and the fat cow slam the window in my face.
Service was great food was amazing!!Great staff 😋
Hot food and good service. SOME OF THE BEST CHICKEN.
