I visited the KFC in Bismarck on August 14, 2025, around 3:30 PM after driving three hours from Moorhead, MN. The cashier treated us very poorly from the start. We ordered five crispy tenders, but the food arrived old, not crispy, and clearly not fresh. When I politely asked for an exchange, she walked away and said, “We don’t make crispy.
