Have been a frequent customer who knows there's always a long wait at this drive-thru. While parked and waiting, my husband went into to fix my drink order and witnessed the drive-thru employee (unsure if they were a manager, but they have served on past occasions, name was Danielle) making very rude comments about myself in front of other employees and patrons. Update 12/28/25 Stopped last night 5:30 and was told they had no chicken at all. Yet they were open and people were just standing around. I just don't understand this horrible service. I made an online order to save time so I could get back home to the game. My order was to be ready at 5:31, I received it at 6:15. When I arrived I was asked to park inside. Came to KFC in Bismarck north Dakota for some food for the family. We spent 5 minutes in the drive thru. After paying they asked us to move forward which we did. We spent 20 minutes waiting. I finally had enough and went in. While I was in this dirty restaurant, 11 doordash orders were handed out. 5 people walked in and ordered then got their orders. We finally got ours. I open the bad to four of the smallest chicken straps I have ever seen and no sauce. Save your time. Never go to this dumpster fire of a restaurant...
Your staff is EXTREMELY rude! ☺️ whoever is working the window tonight (12/20) at 1830… get them some education on Adequate Customer Service Skills. And I don’t want to hear “we’re sorry, we’re short staff”. The whole world apparently is. Do Better.
