KFC This experience was completely unacceptable. I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, unable to leave due to cars in front of and behind me, with no notice that the store was out of product. It's 8:40 pm I've been waiting in line for about 20 minutes and they only have 4 pieces of chicken left, just unacceptable
Placed online order. After getting notice that my order was ready arrived at the store 5 minutes later around 6:50 pm. Not only was my order not ready but they had not even cooked the chicken. Waited 40 minutes before receiving my order and still got the order wrong receiving only one of the 2 biscuits ordered.
