Not a single clean table in the place! And there were only a couple of customers at regular dinnertime. Yuck
Great food and customer service
Stopped here on our way to Kentucky. Decided to app order which was a mistake. Went inside to pick up the order which was not ready. Cashier told us the regular and large potato wedge part of our order couldn't be fulfilled because they didn't have any. I asked for a refund but was told no because it was an app order . Needless to say we had to take sides that we didn't want. On a side note there were signs advertising wedges. Not sure how you tell a customer no and do nothing to fix the problem? Food and atmosphere as usual with KFC. Nice bright and clean dining area. Our disappointment lies in the fact that we did an app order for a travel stop for eat in and when we got there they told us they didn't have the potato wedges we ordered and they couldn't give us a cash refund because it was an app order. They substituted another side for the lack of wedges but the wedges were what we were really stopping for.
