I ordered through the mobile app to take advantage of the $10 Tuesday sale, and when I arrived at 6p they were out of chicken. Had to wait approximately 30 minutes for some more chicken to be prepared. On a positive note, the workers there were as friendly as they could be, but you could tell they were stressed.
Did dine-in meals, food was good but my wife said her pot pie was kind of dry.
Chicken fried in unchanged oil, our order was an 8 piece missing 2 wings, the biscuits were very hard. We waited outside in the drive thru for 15 minutes.
I went today and unfortunately I was Missing half my order. I admit I should of checked my bag but I didn't. Chicken was under seasoned. Such a disappointment.
The guy taking our order when we walked in was beyond welcoming and pleasant to talk with. He gave me a coupon last time and we returned to use it. The order came out quickly and everything was great. If I were corporate I wouldn’t want to lose him.
