We had a gift card for Uber Eats I believe and used it to get the “new chicken sandwiches” from here. It ended up being around $20 for 2 with fries and a drink which including the fees is about as cheap as you can order any food from Uber Eats these days. Would be 0 stars if I could. We went to kfc for dinner yesterday night and we waited 35-40 mins for 2 chicken sandwiches. When we first ordered they told us they only had one patty right now so they would have to cook more and that would take 15 mins. About 17 mins later my boyfriend went inside and asked if our food was done. He was the told they forgot about us and it would be 10 more minutes because they was just throwing the patties down. 15 mins later there was still no food. Placed a mobile order. Went to pick it up and was told to pull around. Pulled up to the window and they tell me to pull to the other side of the store. They were dead.. no one there at all and 5 employees standing around the window. Took way too long for a kfc bowl and 2 kid meals which they were out of apple sauce. Slowest service ever. Rude employees. First time at this location and now I see why they are always dead. Will never be back.
