Fuy el día de hoy a comer con mi esposa y el manager de Ahy q no parece Manager si no un celador, vigilando quien toma o no gaseosa del dispensador fue grosero q por q yo iba a llenar mi vaso me dijo q no podía llenarlo solo por andar pendiente del dispensador y no de los clientes q en realidad están comiendo q atención tan mala. Great food, good customer service, only thing that was extremely horrible was that everything was dirty and sticky. The floors, the tables, and the trays, all disgusting
Using the KFC mobile app I placed an order for a 12pc Extra Crispy leg and thighs only with 2 mashed and gravy, fries and 5 biscuits. I paid $40 + tax for the meal. What I received was a mixed bucket of Original Recipe. My family and I don’t eat white meat and we prefer Extra Crispy. Put yourself in my shoes and imagine this happened to you. How would you feel? I hope someone plans to make this right for us.
