The customer service here is ridiculous. I can't believe that they're allowed to be this rude. The owners need to take a look at what's going on here.
I hated this experience honestly. To start off the customer service was terrible, yes it is my fault that I got confused with what was on the menu but how the employee came at me could have been handled in a different way. Also a minor problem was that they forgot the buffalo ranch sauce and honey. We then went inside of the KFC and the employee was taking forever to get even greet us. These are the most rudest nastiest acting people at this location for literally nothing Trash!!!
Waited 50 minutes over my pick time. If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve left. Had zero food made up ready to be fulfilled. Staff is extremely slow with zero motivation, you can tell they’re miserable working there, which I don’t blame. Ownership needs to do something to motivate the employees. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like we were putting them out for ordering dinner. Awful experience. Will never be back. Shame on ownership.
