This used to be the best KFC ever...Now it's at the bottom of the list. Employees and managers need better training and customer service skills. I said 'thank you' three times hoping she would say "oh, thank you" since I am making a purchase she should say thank you and I would say you're welcome. She has a job because there are customers. I asked for lemonade and received water. I said this is not lemonade; she said "it is" and closed her window. I had a coupon and she said it was not a coupon and wouldn't honor it.
Okay, here we go again! We came here last Sunday and we were rushed to make an order and kept saying ok pull toward, we had to ask Well you don't know what drink I want, so he said ok what kind of drink you want? I just visited the location on 13 mile and Beverly Hills, Michigan. The cashier who took my order was completely disrespectful and rude. When I placed my order she repeated it back wrong and when I told her that that wasn’t what I asked for and told her what I did for. She stated “That is the reason why I repeated your order back so move along.” This is the second time that I have went through that location drive-through and experience this behavior from a cashier. Placed order at drive thru due to lobby closed at 5pm? Recieved drinks at window and told to pull around to front door and orderbwould be brought oit to us. Pull behind 2 other cars waiting after having to turn around again. 5 minutes later recieved order and got home to several missing items.
Usually, the chicken is hot and fresh at this location. I'm not sure what happened today, but chicken was over cooked and hard. It look like they tried to make the original recipe, crispy. The coleslaw was old and smelled really bad. It went straight in the garbage.
