Fast service, hot fresh chicken.
I ordered on my mobile app and arrived at the Essex Junction VT location and the lobby was closed, there was a long line for the drive thru ok no problem. I get my turn and I got an abrasive, "can I help you" and I told her I had a mobile order and again "pull up" with the same tone. She proceeds to give me my order with no drinks so I told her I was supposed to have 3 drinks. We waited more than 25 minutes to get our food which was cold and dry. The guy told us they ran out of traditional chicken recipe. He gave me crispy chicken which had been sitting under the heated light for hours.
I was there earlier today and while we were ordering the lady from the speaker was insanely rude. We had asked politely to repeat something we didn’t hear but she yelled at us at the loudest possible volume. Bad service and attitude. Totally unprofessional.
