I was there earlier today and while we were ordering the lady from the speaker was insanely rude. We had asked politely to repeat something we didn’t hear but she yelled at us at the loudest possible volume. Bad service and attitude. Totally unprofessional.
I cannot BELIEVE I paid $40 for this deformed bucket of freak meat they called chicken.... Food used to always be right here, I'm absolutely appalled at this location
This is TRULY the worst managed restaurant in all of Chittenden County. I can't believe no one's doing anything about this.
Well we just had our last visit to this place....they told my wife if she didnt want to wait for food she could go home and cook like shes supposed to....refused to give any time estimate. Snapped at her for even being inside the restaurant. no signs said the lobby was closed amd the doors were open.
I want to say clearly I love Kentucky fried Chicken in the last few years several of the Kentucky fried chicken's in Vermont seem like they're struggling bad. The one in St johnsbury Vermont it's only open till 7:00 at night I don't know what time this one was open till but I want to say the food was absolutely terrible. They forgot some of our coleslaw the potato wedges seemed like they were under the heating lamp for 2 days before anybody purchased them they were terrible.
