Doesn't accept online orders
My order was missing three sides andI didn’t check until I was on the freeway. I had to wait till the next exit to turn back around and go get my sides just for them to still only give me two of the three I was missing and on top of it. They didn’t even offer to upgrade my sides to a large or anything to say the least I won’t be going back there Again.
Did an online order, it said it was ready on the app. I get there and there’s 7-8 cars in line. So I decide to get down and pick up my order instead as my son had to be in practice. The doors were locked. I couldn’t wait in line as they were helping one car at a time literally. Since I ordered on line I asked for my refund back and they couldn’t help me. They said I had to wait till I was contacted but that he didn’t know how long it would take for them to contact me for my refund. They took my money and I still have no food... read more
