Ordered in person at the kiosk at 7:33pm sat and waited 30 minutes to finally receive my order. When I finally received my order I got a “sorry for the wait”. It’s always something sat this location.
If I could leave-10, I would. Terrible SERVICE I went at 2:30 pm. I ask the cashier , the one with headphones that I wanted to buy and I told her what I wanted. She said you have to order on the screen. I went but it wasn’t there and I told her it’s not on the screen. She looked at me and walked away . I asked her for help, but she just IGNORED ME. I whent on a wensday closing and then I whent to the lobby and a young man named Freddie helped me 20 minutes later and talked to me mad like if he was getting stressed and with poor customer service
3pm. Atmosphere was clean. Food was very well made..juicy tasty chicken, fluffy soft biscuits. Workers were doing their best to satisfy customers-great job! Sorry for no fotos..we were just simply hungry.
